Excepting the terms and conditions means you understand that horses are a large and heavy animal that are unpredictable and dangerous therefore they can pose serious injuries and/or even death.

Every rider and person around a horse must complete a Risk warning and Waiver before going near a horse, If less then 18 years old a parent/guardian must sign for the child.
​
You must wear enclosed appropriate footwear when going near the horses.
​
You must wear long pants when riding the horses.
​
You must be aware of and abide by the rules for each areas.
​
This establishment relies on the details you provided regarding your level of riding experience and age when we select a horse/s for you.
​
Children under 12 Years of age need to be under supervision of a Parents/Guardian.

It is a condition of making a booking and/or entering the property of Canyonleigh Trails, that all participants agree to be bound by and accept our full terms and conditions including our cancellation policy. You agree upon entering Canyonleigh Trails and/or participating in any activities we provide that they are inherently dangerous recreational activities pursuant to the Civil Liability Act 2002. If you choose to do so, you do so entirely at your own risk waiving all rights to claim for personal injuries, including injuries arising from the negligence of the proprietor. Safety is paramount when riding at Canyonleigh Trails. We are proud of our Safety records. Horse Riding is an outdoor activity. Please come prepared for all weather conditions. Please bring your wet weather gear if in doubt of the weather, There is no refund given due to weather conditions unless the ride is cancelled prior to the confirmed start, due to dangerous conditions. An Australian approved standards helmet must be worn. Instructions and mounting are part of the experience. To make a confirmed booking pre-payment via credit card can be made on our website. There will be no refund for no shows or if you do not complete the ride or decide on a shorter ride.
There is a 24 hour cancellation and reschedule policy.

Cancellation prior to 24 hours of the activity, bookings can be rescheduled to another date and time without loss of fee.
​
Cancellations within the 24 hour period or no shows at time of booking will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and will not receive a refund.
​
If fewer riders choose not to ride than was booked on the original confirmed booking, there will be no refund for those that decide not to ride, if you decide you do not want to ride once on the horse there will be no refund.
​
Punctuality is important. There is no refund for people arriving late.
​
The policy applies even where a booking is made less then 24 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the activity.
​
If Canyonleigh Trails needs to cancel or postpone for unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, safety or security, bookings may be transferred to another date or a full refund will be paid.
​
For Pony Experience and Bonding And Grooming Workshop they are a payment for EACH person\child.
​
We are not responsible for any lost items eg. Cell phones, keys, glasses, credit cards etc.
We have the right to remove you from the property if you are being hostile towards any of the members or animals.

Excepting the Privacy policy means you understand that we will be using your personal information to contact you when needed. To keep for legal reasons. We may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but not limited to your name ('Personal Information').
